Hey there! I’m Richard Crawford, founder of this ACFT calculator tool and website. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated myself to helping soldiers optimize their Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) performance.

As a former Army sergeant and master fitness trainer, I understand first-hand the importance of combat readiness for our fighting force. The ACFT provides an objective benchmark for overall soldier fitness. I want to empower all of our military members to excel on this crucial assessment.
